Confirm that the camera is NOT connected to
the computer.
IfÅitÅis,ÅdisconnectÅtheÅcable.ÅTheÅsoftwareÅcannotÅ
beÅproperlyÅinstalledÅifÅtheÅcameraÅisÅconnectedÅtoÅ
theÅcomputerÅatÅtheÅstart.
2 Close any programs that are running.
