Printing Maintenance
When Printing Becomes Faint or Colors are Incorrect
When printing becomes faint or colors are incorrect, the print head nozzles are probably clogged.
Follow the procedures below to clean the nozzles.
WNole Before Performing Maintenance
Remove
the FINE Cartridge once, then insert it into place again. See
"Replacing a
FINE Cartridge" on page 39.

cleaning, print the
nozzle check pattern.

If ruled lines are misaligned, adjust the print head position.
