Adding a New Name and Fax Number
1 From the [Fax Sending Settings] dialog box, display the
[Sending Settings] sheet.
For details on how to access the [Fax Sending Settings] dialog box, see "Sending
a Document," on p. 3-2.
2 Enter the name and fax number you want to add in [Recipient
Name] and [Fax Number].
3 Click [Add to Recipient List].
The new recipient is displayed in [Recipient List].
