Getting Started
Using the Add Printer Wizard
To install a fax driver from the [Printers] folder in the Windows Control Panel, follow
the procedure below.
1 On the [Start] menu, point to [Settings] ➞ click [Printers].
NOTE
• If you are using Windows XP Professional/Server 2003, on the [Start] menu, click
[Printers and Faxes].
• If you are using Windows XP Home Edition, on the [Start] menu, click [Control
Panel] ➞ [Printers and Other Hardware] ➞ [Printers and Faxes].
2 In the [Printers] folder, double-click the [Add Printer] icon to
start the Add Printer Wizard ➞ follow the instructions on the
screen to continue the installation.
3 Insert the Fax Driver Software CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive
➞ click [Have Disk].
