Installing Canon Font Manager
1 Insert the Driver Software CD into the CD-ROM drive.
❑ Double-click the [My Computer] icon on the Desktop.
❑ Double-click the [Canonfm] folder ➞ [English] folder.
❑ Right click the CD-ROM drive icon ➞ click [Open] on the pop-up menu.
❑ Double-click the [Setup.exe] icon.
2 Follow the on screen instructions to finish installing Canon
Font Manager.
Installing the NetSpot
You can install NetSpot from the Network User Software CD. For instructions on
how to install NetSpot, see the NetSpot Quick Start Guide on the same CD.

Installing the LPR Port Utility
1 Insert the Network User Software CD into the CD-ROM drive.
❑ Double-click the [My Computer] icon on the Desktop.
❑ Right click the CD-ROM drive icon ➞ click [Open] on the pop-up menu.
❑ Double-click the [Lprport] folder.
❑ Double-click the [Setup.exe] icon
2 Follow the on screen instructions to finish installing the LPR
port utility.
