Restricting Printer Jobs
You can specify whether to restrict printer jobs so that they can only be stored in user inboxes.
1. Press → [System Settings] → [Restrict Printer Jobs].
2. Select [On] or [Off] → press [OK].
Details of each item are shown below.
[On]: Restricts jobs from printer
drivers.
Jobs can only be stored in
user inboxes.
[Off]: There are no restrictions for
jobs from printer drivers.
Jobs can be stored in user
inboxes and/or can be
printed.
