3 Turn the knob of the toner cartridge in the direction of the arrow
(counterclockwise).
IMPORTANT
Turn the knob on the black cartridge, until the arrow points to 'Unlock'. Turn the knob on the cyan, magenta, or
yellow toner cartridge until it stops.
