If only [Chapter Page] is selected, press [next] ➞ proceed to step 7.

Select whether to copy on the front cover, back cover, or sheet
insertion ➞ press [Next].
If either [Sheet Insertion] or [Chapter Page] is not selected, press [OK] ➞
