SMB Send function allows users to share

Advanced Box uses dedicated hard disk space on the printer for document sharing with
SMB and WebDAV protocols. It enables document sharing between the imageRUNNER
ADVANCE and computers on the same network without having to go through servers. It
also allows users to preview images of documents using the touch panel.

During scanning, text data is added by OCR processing and graphic
data by outline processing to create Office Open XML compatible
files. Scanned documents can be used as Microsoft PowerPoint files.
The time and labor required to input and edit paper document data
are sharply reduced. It also promotes paper recycling.
