Making Copies in the Voice Navigation Mode
● If Department ID Management is
set:
You will hear a message informing
you that the screen for inputting a
Department ID and password is
displayed.
❑ Move the focus to [Dept. ID] ➞ press
(Select).
The machine enters the mode for
entering numeric values.
❑ Enter the Department ID using
- (numeric keys) ➞
press (Confirm).
When you enter the Department ID,
the value that you enter is
announced by the voice guide.
❑ Move the focus to [PIN] ➞ press
(Select).
The machine enters the mode for
entering numeric values.
