7 Move the paper size detecting lever on the left side of the paper
drawer, so that the arrow points to the paper size being loaded.
IMPORTANT
Make sure that the paper size detecting lever is set correctly. If the lever is positioned
incorrectly to the size of paper loaded in the paper drawer, the wrong paper size will be
shown on the LCD display. This may also cause paper jams, dirty prints, or make the
inside of the machine dirty.
NOTE
<A4R> displayed on the LCD display indicates the paper size label or punch mark of
‘A4 ’ on the paper drawers.
8 Stick the appropriate paper size
label on the paper size plate.
