NOTE
When contacting your local authorized Canon dealer, have the following information
available:
- Model name
- Problem and status of the machine
- Service call message on the LCD display
2 If the machine still does not
operate normally, follow the
procedure below, and contact
your local authorized Canon
dealer.
❑ Turn OFF the main power.
❑ Disconnect the power cord from the wall
outlet.
