There are 14 Print Target Settings from which to choose on the Main tab,
which, when selected, automatically provide the best settings for a print
job based on the selected print target. Among the choices are Draft, CAD
Line Drawing, 3D GIS Map and Highest Quality. The number of Print Target
Settings varies depending on the media type selected.
The Advanced Settings selection in the Main tab offers users numerous Print
Quality and Colour Mode settings for enhanced print performance.
For Windows users, the Free Layout function, an easy-to-use image nesting
feature selectable in the print driver, enables documents and/or images of
different le formats to be merged onto a single page and printed together
across the papers width. Each time a document is sent with the Free Layout
feature enabled, the Free Layout window opens automatically. Each sub-
mitted image appears in the window in the order it was received. When all
les have been sent, the user can reposition them by clicking and dragging
the image on the monitor to its desired location. Once all the images are
in place, users can press the print button and they will be printed on one
page.
