Canceling Print and Scan Jobs
Cancel an ongoing job as follows.
Canceling Print Jobs
You can cancel a print job while it is being print.
1. Press [System Monitor].
2. Press [Print].
3. Press [Status].
4. Select the job you want to cancel, then press
[Cancel].
If the job that you want to cancel is not displayed, press [▼] or [▲]
to scroll to the desired job.
You cannot select multiple jobs and cancel them all at once. You may
only select and cancel one job at a time.
5. Press [Yes].
The message <Canceling...> appears for approximately two seconds
on the touch panel display.
The canceled job is displayed as <NG> (No Good) on the Log screen.
6. Press [Done].

Canceling Scan Jobs
During scanning, a dialog box showing the scanning progress
appears.
1. Click the [Cancel] button in that dialog box.
