Windows NT 4.0/2000/XP/Server 2003
You can access the printer properties dialog box and the printing preferences dialog
box in Windows NT 4.0/2000/XP/Server 2003.
In the printer properties dialog box and the printing preferences dialog box, you can
specify the printer driver settings and set up the printer configuration.
NOTE
If you are using Windows NT 4.0, the "printing preferences" dialog box refers to the
"document defaults" dialog box.
Accessing the Printer Properties Dialog Box from Application
Software
If you access the printer properties dialog box from application software, the
specified settings are available for the current print job.

In the application software, select [Print] to display the [Print]
dialog box.

Select your printer name from the drop-down list box ➞ click
[Properties].
