Department IDs
1 Click [Add. Func.] ➞ select [Department ID/User Management]
from the menu that is displayed under [Add. Func.].
The list of Department IDs registered in the machine is displayed in groups of
one hundred. If you want to display another group, click [ ] on the top right
corner of the screen ➞ select a group from the drop-down list.
If User ID Management is set to 'On', click [Change List View] to display the list of
Department IDs.
NOTE
[Department ID/User Management] under [Add. Func.] is displayed only when in
the Administrator Mode.
