For example, the Remote UI enables you to access the machine to check job status, delete print jobs, and specify various settings.

You can also obtain information on the machine's system manager, the location where the machine is installed, and the machine's protocol settings.

This function is useful when you want to use the same settings on another machine, and for backing up. The Import/Export function is intended for data exchange, and is available only when in the Administrator Mode using the Remote UI.
