Using a TCP/IP Network
❑ Press [On] for <SMTP Receive> ➞ press [Off] for <POP>.
❑ Press [E-mail Address] ➞ enter the e-mail address your machine will use ➞
press [OK].
Input Example: ifax@host_name.organization.company.com
● If you want to receive e-mail/l-faxes using a POP server:

Press [On] for <POP> ➞ press [Off] for <SMTP Receive>.
❑ Press [E-mail Address] ➞ enter the e-mail address your machine will use ➞
press [OK].
Input Example: account1@pop_server.organization.company.com
(In this example the name of the POP server is
"pop_server.organization.company.com".)
❑ Press [Next].
❑ Press [POP Server] ➞ enter the POP server IP address or name using the
keyboard on the touch panel display ➞ press [OK].
Input Example: IP address: 192.168.1.1
Name: pop_server.organization.company.com
