Basic Network Settings
❑ Press [On].
❑ To change [Community Name] to a name other than 'public', press [Community
Name] ➞ enter the community name using the touch panel keyboard.
❑ If you want to allow the computers on the network to access the machine and
modify its settings, press [On] for <Writable SNMP>.
❑ Press [OK].
● If you do not want to set or browse each item of the machine with a
utility that uses SNMP to obtain information:
❑
Press (Additional Functions) ➞ [System Settings] ➞ [Network Settings].
❑ Press [▼] or [▲] until [SNMP Settings] appears ➞ press [SNMP Settings].
❑ Press [Off].
❑ Press [OK].
