Introduction to Fax Functions

● If the message <Enter the User ID and Password.> appears:

Press [User ID] ➞ enter the Department ID using - (numeric keys) ➞

press [OK].

❑ Press [Password] ➞ enter the password using - (numeric keys) ➞ press

[OK].

❑ Press (Log In/Out).

The Basic Features screen of the selected function appears on the touch panel

display.
