Special Tab

Specifies the page settings including the paper size and

orientation.

You can also specify the outside dialing prefix if you dial through

a switchboard.

Default settings depend on the country/region of purchase.

Preview image Displays the image with the currently

selected settings reflected.

[Style] Selects the style of the cover sheet.

A bitmap image of the selected cover sheet

style is displayed in the preview area to the

left of the options.

[Preview] Displays the preview image of the selected

cover sheet.

[Register] Registers the cover sheet template.

[Delete] Deletes the registered cover sheet template.

Select a cover sheet template from [Style],

then press [Delete].

NOTE

You cannot delete a pre-defined cover sheet template.
