Edit Address Book Tab
Lets you edit the address book.
[Show] Selects the category of the list displayed in
[Address Book] from the drop-down list
([Person], [Group], or [All]).
[Address Book] Displays the list of the destinations
registered in the Address Book. The entries
can be sorted by their information ([Recipient
Name], [Company], [Dept./Div.], [Fax
Number], and [Description]).
[Add Person] Opens the [Add Person] dialog box. (See
“Add Person,” on p. 4-20.)
[Add Group] Opens the [Add Group] dialog box. (See
“Add Group,” on p. 4-21.)
[Edit] Edits the selected entry in the Address Book
list. If you select a person, the [Edit Person]
dialog box appears. (See “Edit Person,” on
p. 4-22.) If you select a group, the [Edit
Group] dialog box appears. (See “Edit
Group,” on p. 4-23.)
[Delete] Deletes the selected entry from the Address
Book.
[Details] Displays the information about the selected
destination in the [Address Book].
[Specify a Folder] Opens the [Browse for Folder] dialog box.
Enables you to make changes to the
Address book folder.
[Import] Enables you to import address book data
from files. Importable file types are: some
CSV files (with file extension “*.csv”) and
some Canon Data Files (with file extension
“*.abk”).
[Export] Exports the address book data to an outside
file. You can select the exported file type
from a CSV file (with file extension “*.csv”) or
a Canon Data File (with file extension
“*.abk”).
