■ Checking and Deleting Documents
Stored in Memory (MF3240 Only)
1. Press [System Monitor].
2. Use [ ] or [ ] to select <TX STATUS>,
then press [OK].
3. Use [ ] or [ ] to check the desired
document.
4. If you want to delete the document, press
[OK], then press [ ] to select <YES>.
5. Press [Stop/Reset] to return to standby
mode.
■ Checking and Printing Transmission/
Reception Results (MF3240 Only)
1. Press [System Monitor].
2. Use [ ] or [ ] to select <TX/RX LOG>,
then press [OK].
3. Use [ ] or [ ] to view the required
transmission/reception result.
The following items are displayed:
– Transaction number (60 down to 01, from the newest to the
oldest)
– Date and time
– Type of transaction (TX or RX)
– Recipient’s name or fax number
– Result of transaction (OK or NG)
4. If you want to print the transmission/
reception result, press [Start].
■ Checking Remaining Memory
(MF3240 Only)
You can check the remaining memory according to the status of
the machine.
1. Press [System Monitor].
2. Use [ ] or [ ] to select <MEMORY
INDICATOR>, then press [OK] to confirm the
remaining memory.
3. Press [Stop/Reset] to return to standby
mode.
