redials the machine will make, then press

Dialing Through a Switchboard
If your machine is connected to a PBX, register the [R] key so
you can easily access the outside line.
Registering the [R] Key
1. Press [Additional Functions].
2. Use [ ] or [ ] to select <FAX
SETTINGS>, then press [OK].
3. Use [ ] or [ ] to select
<COMMUNICATIONS>, then press [OK].
4. Use [ ] or [ ] to select <R-KEY
SETTING>, then press [OK].
5. Use [ ] or [ ] to select <PBX>, then
press [OK].
6. Use the numeric keys to enter the prefix
number (up to 20 digits), then press [OK].
You can use [ ] and [Clear] to delete the numbers one by
one.
To delete the entire number, press and hold [Clear].
7. Press [Stop/Reset] to return to standby
mode.
