Registering Destinations (Mail Addresses)

Checking Settings and Registering Destinations

Press [F3] (▼) or [F4] (▲) to highlight any registration number

for one-touch speed dialing or coded speed dialing ➞ press

[OK].

If the number has already been registered, the name and phone number of its

destination will be displayed.

The E-MAIL ADDRESS menu appears.

Press [F3] (▼) or [F4] (▲) to highlight <03 OPTIONAL

SETTING> ➞ press [OK].

The OPTIONAL SETTING menu appears.

Press [F3] (▼) or [F4] (▲) to highlight <02 ON> ➞ press [OK].

The OPTIONAL SETTING menu appears.

Press [F3] (▼) or [F4] (▲) to highlight <01 ACCESS CODE> ➞

press [OK].

The display for entering the access code appears.
