Setting Up a Mail Account

Press [Reset] to return to the Basic Features screen.

Specifying if Received Text is to be Printed

Specify whether message text is to be printed when received images have

message text.

• If you specify 'ON', message text will always be printed.

• If you specify 'AUTO', whether message text will be printed depends on the format

of the received message.

• If you specify 'OFF', message text will not be printed.

NOTE

The default setting is 'AUTO'.

Press [Additional Functions].

The ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS menu appears.

Press [F3] (▼) or [F4] (▲) to highlight <03 FAX SETTINGS> ➞

press [OK].

Each time you press (▼) or (▲), the next or previous menu option

becomes highlighted.

The FAX SETTINGS menu appears.
