System Manager Settings

If a System Administrator ID and password are set, enter them after selecting

<06 SYSTM SETTINGS> ➞ press [OK].

The SYSTEM SETTINGS menu appears.

Press [F3] (▼) or [F4] (▲) to highlight <02 DEPT. ID

MANAGEMNT> ➞ press [OK].

The DEPT. ID MANAGEMNT menu appears.

Press [F3] (▼) or [F4] (▲) to highlight <02 ON> or <01 OFF> ➞

press [OK].

If you want to use Department ID Management, select <02 ON>. The

Department ID Settings menu appears. (See "Storing Department ID, Password,

Copy Limits/TX Limits, and Sender Name," on p. 5-9.)

If you do not want to use Department ID Management, select <01 OFF>.

The SYSTEM SETTINGS menu returns.

Press [Reset] to return to the Basic Features screen.
