Department ID Management List
1 Press [Additional Functions] ➞ press [F3] (▼) or [F4] (▲) to
highlight <08 PRINT LISTS> ➞ press [OK].
The PRINT LISTS menu appears.
2 Press [F3] (▼) or [F4] (▲) to highlight <03 DEPT. INFO LIST> ➞
press [OK].
Each time you press (▼) or (▲), the next or previous menu
option becomes highlighted.
The Basic Features screen returns, and the Department Information list is
printed out.
Cancel Report Printing
This mode enables you to cancel the report printing in the PRINT LISTS menu.
1 Press [Additional Functions] ➞ press [F3] (▼) or [F4] (▲) to
highlight <08 PRINT LISTS> ➞ press [OK].
The PRINT LISTS menu appears.
