Enter Password Menu
About the Enter Password Menu
This menu is displayed if a password has been set for an administrator. You must
enter the password to access the advanced printing option menus. See p. 3-25 for
additional details.
Operation Flow for Enter Password Menu
Use the procedure below to open the Enter Password menu and enter the
password for the printer.

Press [PRINT].
The indicator of the key lights up.

Check the control panel to ensure that the Job indicator is off.

Press [OK] to take the printer offline.

Press [F1] (MENU) until <ENTER PASSWORD> appears on the
display.
