either 1st year of maintenance or if upgrading
configurations maintenance up to the next
annual renewal date of the maintenance for
the initial license. If multiple years of
maintenance have been ordered and the
configuration is being upgraded, the annual
renewal date is upcoming yearly anniversary
date of the license. Multiple years of
maintenance can be ordered with the software
or with maintenance renewals. Order must be
placed 5 days prior to expiration. License
number of the software license is required with
upgrade orders (adding Operator Console,
Submission Server, Accounting, Quotation,
Budget Approval, Integrated Archive, VDP or
version upgrades). Please refer to the
logistics document for additional information.
Includes the first year of maintenance if
purchased together with the initial license or
maintenance up to the next renewal date of
the maintenance for the initial license. If
