Click [OK] in the message box to switch to the Secured Print
mode.

Click [ ](Secured Print Settings) to open the [Secured Print
Settings] dialog box ➞ enter the user name and password for
the current print job.
NOTE
•
For Windows 98/Me, the default log on name is displayed as a user name.
•
For Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003, the user name set in the [User Name Settings]
dialog box is displayed as the user name. To open the [User Name Settings] dialog
box, select [Set User Name] and click [Settings] in the [Device Settings] sheet.
•
For Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003, if [Do Not Allow User Name Changes] is
selected in the [User Name Settings] dialog box, you cannot change the user
name.

Click [OK] in the [Secured Print Settings] dialog box.

Click [OK] to close the printer properties dialog box ➞ click
[OK] in the [Print] dialog box.
The [Confirm Password] dialog box opens.
