Special Print Options
Specifying the Box Number for Each Print Job When You Send a
Document to a User Inbox or Mail Box
The [Store Destination] dialog box can open each time you send a document to a
User Inbox or Mail Box, so that you can specify a box number for each print job.

On the [Start] menu, point to [Settings] click [Printers].

In the [Printers] folder, right-click the printer icon for your
printer click [Properties].

In the printer properties dialog box, click the [Configuration]
tab (Windows 98/Me) or [Device Settings] tab (Windows 2000/
XP/Server 2003).

Select [Specify Inbox Number when Storing] click [OK].

In the application software, select [Print].
