Special Print Options
Specifying the Box Number for Every Print Job in Advance
If you specify a box number of a User Inbox or Mail Box in the [Store Destination]
dialog box beforehand, every document will be sent to the specified User Inbox or
Mail Box.

From the printer properties dialog box, select [Store] from
[Output Method] in the [Page Setup], [Finishing], [Paper
Source], or [Quality] sheets.

Click [Yes] in the message box.
