Click [Get Device Status] in the [Configuration] sheet
(Windows 98/Me) or the [Device Settings] sheet (Windows
2000/XP/Server 2003).
For instructions on how to get the device status, see "Setting Up the Printer
Configuration," on p. 2-46.

Click [Yes] in the [Confirmation] message box.
If this failed to get the device information, check the connections and settings.
Sending a Document to a User Inbox or Mail Box
After you have sent the document to a User Inbox or Mail Box, you can use the
printer's control panel to output the document.
To send a document to a User Inbox or Mail Box, follow the procedure below.
NOTE
For the imageRUNNER 2000/1600, imageRUNNER 2010F, LBP-2000, LBP5360, and
LBP5960, this option is available only when an optional hard disk is installed in the
printer.
For the imageRUNNER 400/330 and imageRUNNER 400/330-P1/R1, this option is
available only when an extended memory is installed in the printer.
