Correcting the Brightness (Digital Exposure Compensation)
You can correct the brightness of an image through the equivalent of ±2 stops in 0.1-stop
increments.

Click the [Digital Exposure Compensation] button.
\ The [Digital Exposure
Compensation] dialog box
appears.

Correct the image brightness.
Adjust the image brightness by
using the mouse to drag the slider
left or right.
When you click the [Preview]
button, the image brightness
changes according to the value of
the new slider position.

Click the [OK] button.
\ The corrected value is applied to
the image and the [Digital
Exposure Compensation] dialog
box closes.
\ The corrected value is displayed
with the corrected image.
