Connecting the Camera to Your Computer
To Start Software Automatically (Windows XP)
Software cannot be started automatically in Windows Me.
Use the procedure below to select a software application for automatic start. In Windows XP,
you must specify this setting after you install the software.

With the camera connected to your computer, click the [Start]
button and then click [Control Panel] s [Printers and Other
Hardware] s the [Scanners and Cameras] icon to open the
[Scanners and Cameras] dialog box.

Select the [EOS D60] icon and click [View device properties] in
[Imaging task].
\ The [EOS D60 Properties] dialog box appears.

Select the [Events] tab.
\ The [Events] tab sheet appears.

Specify the software to be started automatically.
