Uninstallation Procedure

Remove [EOS D60].
● If you are using Windows 98 SE or
Windows 2000, select [EOS D60]
and click the [Remove] button.
● If you are using Windows Me or
Windows XP, select and right-click
[EOS D60] and then select
[Delete] from the menu that
appears. When the confirmation
message appears, click the [Yes]
button.
● Once [EOS D60] is no longer
displayed in the [Scanners and
Cameras Properties] dialog box or
the [Scanners and Cameras]
dialog box, close the dialog box
and proceed as follows.
● If drivers for other devices such as scanners are already installed, those device
names are displayed.
● In Windows Me and Windows XP, the icons for the installed cameras and scanners
are displayed.

Open the [Device Manager] tab sheet.
● See “To Display the Device Manager” (➞9-5) for instructions on how to display the
Device Manager.

Delete [EOS D60] or [Canon Digital Camera].
