Problem Solution
Monitor (#2 in camera diagram
on page 19) shows error
message.
Turn camera off and on using Power Switch (#15 in
camera diagram on page 19)
Monitor (#2 in camera diagram
on page 19) of camera is black.
Make sure both cameras are turned on.
Make sure lens cap is off.
Camera bed will not move.
Platform locking knob (#10 in camera diagram on
page 19) is locked; turn knob to unlock.
Fundus camera goes dark/sleep
mode.
Push any button to wake up the camera.
Cannot see ring to focus patient’s
pupil and the image is way out of
focus.
Push the View Switching button (#8 in camera
diagram on page 19) to move the focus to the
outside of the eye.
Retina it is too dark.
Make sure the Lamp Knob (#14 in camera diagram
on page 19) is set near 5.
Eye looks fuzzy on the screen.
Check the correction sleeve (#11 in camera diagram
on page 19) on the right side for nearsighted and
farsighted and make sure it is set to normal.
The photo is too light or too dark.
Change the flash illumination by pressing the
Setting Switches (#3 on the camera diagram on
page 19).
