Monthly Clinic Progress Reports
Clinics will be given monthly reports detailing their program statistics for each month
and for the year to date. These progress reports will include:
• Patient volume data for the month;
• Patient volume data for the year to date;
• Performance information for all clinics participating in the EyePACS program;
• Referral information including the percentage of patients referred;
• Image quality data for the clinic; and
• Recognition for the clinics that screen the largest volume of patients and/or
clinics that make significant improvement in their patient volume.
