C-3 Troubleshooting
Check power & cable
There is a problem with the print engine power or cable
connection. First check to make sure that the print engine is
turned on. There may also be a problem with the cable connection
between the ColorPASS and the print engine. Make sure that the
cable has not come loose. The ColorPASS will resume printing
when the cable is securely connected to both the ColorPASS and
the print engine.
Copier adjustments.
Warming up . . .
This is a normal status message. The print engine is making
adjustments. It will be ready for printing in a few minutes.
Copier busy
The ColorPASS has received a print job, but the copier is busy.
The job will print when the copier resumes printing.
Copier error
An error occurred with the print engine.
Copier error:
service required
The system has detected an error that requires a service call. Before
calling for service, power cycle the copier and the ColorPASS. If
that does not resolve the error, call your authorized service
representative. Only the service representative can clear this type of
error.
Copier offline
The Suspend Printing option has been selected from the
Functions menu. Press Resume Printing in the Functions menu to
reconnect the ColorPASS to the copier.
Cover open
One of the covers on the copier is open. Close the cover to resume
printing.
DF Alarm
There is an alarm in the DF(Document Feeder) unit.
DF Error
The DH unit is down or there is an error in the DF (Document
Feeder) unit.
DF JAM
There is a document jam in the DF(Document Feeder) unit.
DF Open
The DF unit is open or the cover of DF(Document Feeder) unit is
open.
