Tray Alignment
Tray Alignment allows you to adjust the placement of text and images on the page so
that they are correctly aligned on the sheet of paper or so that both sides of a duplex
sheet have the exact same alignment.
NOTE: You can also perform Tray Alignment from the ColorPASS control panel. Access
the functions menu and choose Tray Alignment. Note that this option is listed as
“Paper Source Alignment” in the printer drivers.
TO ALIGN TEXT AND IMAGES FOR PRINTING:
1. Select Align Paper Trays from the Server menu.
2. Select the tray you want to align (Tray 1-3, or MF(Manual Feed) or Paper Deck) from
the Tray pull-down menu.
3. Select the paper size that is loaded in the tray from the Media Size pull-down menu.
