Troubleshooting
1 Remove any jammed paper that is visible from the feeding slot area on
the outside of the finisher.
IMPORTANT
If a paper jam occurs when you are printing in the Staple mode, do not remove those output
sheets that have not yet been stapled. (Printing and stapling resume after you have cleared the
paper jam.)
2 Grip the handle on the finisher, and pull it away from the main unit.
