When the Trouble Shooter is executed by clicking the Yes button, it checks the items below.
Checks the Local
• Displays the free disk and free memory.
• Checks the installed files.
• Checks the selected ports.
• Checks the resistory.
• Checks the RapidPort communication device driver (only Microsoft Windows NT.)
• Checks the language monitor.
• Checks the printer driver.
• Checks the Status Window.
• Checks each item of the Printer Property.
• Checks the Program Folder.
Checks the Network
• Checks the Network server.
• Checks the network printer.
• Checks the reconnection of the port (only Microsoft Windows 95/98.)
The Trouble Shooter displays an error message with available information when it encoun-
ters a problem. Make sure to solve problems and perform the necessary procedures as required.
