Sending Document Data to a User Inbox or Mail
Box
Document data can be sent to a User Inbox or Mail Box on the machine. (Not available for the
BIJ1350, BIJ1350D, BIJ2350, iR C2000 series, iR2016, iR2020, FAX-L2000 series, LBP3360,
LBP3460, and MF7170i.)
Getting User Inbox or Mail Box Names
You can display User Inbox or Mail Box names registered in the machine.
To get User Inbox or Mail Box names automatically, follow the procedure below.
For the iR2000/1600, iR2010/1610, iR400, GP405/GP300, GP605/
GP605P/GP555, and LBP-2000

Prepare the User Inbox or Mail Box name file.
For instructions on how to set the User Inbox or Mail Box name file, see the README. TXT file
located in the following folder: \PCL\uk_eng.

Click [Get Device Status] in the [Configuration] sheet (Windows 98/Me)
or the [Device Settings] sheet (Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003).
For instructions on how to get the device status, see "Setting Up the Printer Configuration," on
p. 2-46.

Click [Yes] in the message box that asks whether you want to import
User Inbox or Mail Box names, and then specify the location of the
User Inbox or Mail Box name file you want to import.
