Special Print Options
4 Click [Page Options].
The [Page Options] dialog box opens.
5 Click the [Overlay] tab ➞ select [Create a Form File] under [Processing
Method] ➞ select [Stored in Device].
6 Enter a file name in [File Name] ➞ click [OK].
7 Click [OK] in the [Page Setup] sheet.
8 Click [OK] in the [Print] dialog box.
The document is now stored as a form file in the printer.
The form file does not print out at creation.
