Select the side of paper to print on from [Print on].

Select the paper source for front and back covers from [Paper Source].

Click [OK].
The [Front/Back Cover Settings] dialog box closes.

Click [OK].
Inserting Sheets into the Document
You can insert blank sheets into documents for clearer distinction among sections, or insert
sheets to use as chapter pages, which are useful to separate the document into chapters. You
can also print on the inserted sheets.
NOTE

Depending on the controller version of the printer you are using, this option may not be available.
•
This option is not available for the BIJ1350, BIJ1350D, BIJ2350, iR C2000 series, iR2000/1600, iR2010/
1610, iR2016, iR2020, iR400, FAX-L2000 series, GP405/GP300, GP605/GP605P/GP555, LBP-2000,
LBP3360, LBP3460, LBP5360, LBP5960, and MF7170i.
•
Depending on the printer and operating system you are using, up to 20 or 100 inserted sheets or
chapter pages can be inserted into one document.
•
If [Group] or [Rotate] is selected for [Finishing] in the [Finishing] sheet, or [Disabled] is selected for
[Spooling at Host] in the [Configuration] sheet (Windows 98/Me) or [Device Settings] sheet (Windows
2000/XP/Server 2003), this option is not available.
•
If [Store] is selected for [Output Method], this option may not be available depending on the printer
model or the controller version of the printer.
