1. Connect the needle to the syringe. Using the needle, pierce through the label
into the cartridge. Note: We have removed the label to illustrate where the
lling holes are located. We do not recommend removing it.
2. Aer you have pierced the label, ll the syringe with the correct color of ink.
3. Insert the needle into the cartridge of the lling hole. Slowly inject ink into the
cartridge is full. Use approximately 5 ml per chamber.
4. Use a piece of tape to seal the hole(s) made in the top label. Note: The car-
tridge will leak if the holes are not sealed properly.
5. Rinse the syringe with water and dry between each color rell or store for
further use.
6. Reinstall the cartridge and run 1 - 3 test pages as per printer instructions. If
necessary leave cartridge in printer for up to 24 hours to allow ink to ow to
the print head.
NOTE: This time is greatly reduced if the cartridge is relled before it is com-
pletely empty.
