9 - RICOMPOSIZIONE
NOTA:Tutti i componenti prima del rimontaggio vanno
lavati accuratamente ed asciugati con aria compressa.
9.1 - RICOMPOSIZIONE GRUPPO AMMORTIZZATORE
FASE 25
Introdurre l’asta con pompante nella custodia (18). Per
agevolare l’inserimento comprimere il segmento (23) del
pistone (24) con le dita e imboccarlo nella custodia.
Sfilare l’asta (20) dalla parte superiore della custodia
(18).
FASE 26
Introdurre nell’asta (20) la bussola inferiore (17) del
tampone di fine corsa, dal lato con presa di chiave, e
portarla in basso fino a superare la gola dell’asta.
Installare l’anello di fermo (15) nella gola dell’asta (20).
FASE 27
Portare la bussola inferiore (17) a contatto con l’anello di
fermo (15) quindi introdurre nell’asta la boccola flottante
(16) dal lato con gli scassi per il passaggio olio.
Inserire la bussola superiore (14) ed avvitarla su quella
inferiore.
Bloccare la bussola superiore con la chiave da 18 mm e
serrare la bussola inferiore alla coppia prescritta.
FASE 28
Inserire nell’asta (20) il guidamolla (13) con la parte di
diametro inferiore.
IMPORTANTE: un montaggio errato del guidamolla pregiudica
il funzionamento della forcella nelle condizioni di fine
corsa in compressione.
Avvitare a mano, a fine corsa, il controdado (12) sull’asta
ammortizzatore.
9.2 - RIMONTAGGIO VALVOLA DI FONDO E GRUPPO
AMMORTIZZATORE
Ingrassare le guarnizioni OR (35), sul pistone (33) e sulla
vite di fondo (36).
Spingere il gruppo ammortizzatore, precedentemente
assemblato, fino in battuta dentro al tubo portante e
imboccare a mano la valvola di fondo (37).
Introdurre nell’asta l’attrezzo Cod. R5081AA per bloccare
la custodia ammortizzatore (18) quindi serrare la vite di
fondo (36) alla coppia prescritta.
9 - REASSEMBLY
NOTE: Before reassembling all components, they should
be carefully washed and dried with compressed air.
9.1- DAMPING UNIT REASSEMBLY
STEP 25
Insert the rod with the pumping element into the damper
body (18). For a smoother insertion, press the ring (23)
of the piston (24) with your hand and fit into the damper
body.
Pull out the rod (20) from the damper body top (18).
STEP 26
Insert the rod (20) and the lower bushing (17) of the
rebound bumper from the keyed side and push it down
beyond the rod groove. Fit the stop ring (15) into the rod
groove (20).
STEP 27
Position the lower bushing (17) so that it rests against the
stop ring (15) and then fit the floating bushing (16) into
the rod from the side with oil holes.
Insert the upper bushing (14) and screw it with the lower
one.
Keep the upper bushing with the 18-mm wrench and
tighten the lower bushing at the indicated torque.
STEP 28
Insert the spring guide (13) into the rod (20) from the
side with smaller diameter.
IMPORTANT: if the spring guide is improperly fitted, the
fork end of stroke during compression will be defective.
Tighten the check nut (12) on the damper rod by hand.
Tighten by hand the lock nut (12) on the shock absorber
rod until it stops.
9.2- FOOT VALVE AND DAMPING UNIT REASSEMBLY
Lubricate the ORs (35) on the piston (33) and the foot
screw (36).
Push the damper unit (previously reassembled) until it
rests against the stanchion tube and insert the foot valve
(37) by hand.
Insert the tool with part no. R5081AA into the rod to keep
the damper body (18), then tighten the foot screw (36) as
indicated.
