IMPORTANTE: gli anelli di tenuta rimossi non vanno più
rimontati.
Prima di procedere al rimontaggio, verificare le condizioni
delle boccole di guida: se risultano rigate o graffiate
sostituirle. Verificare il rivestimento in teflon: deve essere
integro.
RIMONTAGGIO
FASE 13
Applicare all’estremità del tubo portante (28) nastro
adesivo per evitare il danneggiamento delle guarnizioni
di tenuta.
Inserire sul tubo portante nel seguente ordine: il
raschiapolvere (11), l’anello di fermo (10), l’anello di
tenuta (9), lo scodellino (8) e la boccola di guida (7).
Rimuovere il nastro dall’estremità del tubo portante
eliminando eventuali tracce di adesivo.
FASE 14
Introdurre l’estremità del cacciavite piatto nella fessura
della boccola superiore di guida (27) per imboccarla sul
tubo portante: accompagnarla a mano nell’apposita sede
sul tubo.
FASE 15 (FIG.5)
Introdurre delicatamente il tubo portante (28) nel portastelo
(6). Accompagnare fino al contatto con il portastelo la
boccola di guida (7), lo scodellino (8) e l’anello di tenuta
(9).
Montare sul tubo portante (28) l’apposito attrezzo
introduttore e con questo spingere in sede la boccola di
guida (7), lo scodellino (8) e l’anello di tenuta (9).
FASE 16
Installare l’anello di fermo (10) verificando che risulti
perfettamente inserito nella gola del portastelo e facendo
molta attenzione a non rigare il tubo portante.
Rimontare il raschiapolvere (11).
FASE 17
Procedere al caricamento dell’olio e al rimontaggio degli
elementi rimossi come descritto al paragrafo 6.3 dalla
FASE 5 alla FASE 8.
IMPORTANT: once removed, oil seals shall never be reused.
Check for proper operating conditions of the pilot bush-
ings before reassembling. Should they be scored or scratched,
change them. Check for proper conditions of the Teflon
coating; it must not be damaged.
REASSEMBLY
STEP 13
Put some adhesive tape onto the stanchion top (28) to
avoid any damages to the oil seals.
Fit the following parts into the stanchion according to the
given order: dust seal (11), stop ring (10), oil seal (9),
cup (8) and pilot bushing (7).
Remove the tape and any possible glue residue.
STEP 14
Insert a flat screwdriver into the pilot bushing slot (27)
and fit it into the stanchion: put the bushing into its seat
by hand.
STEP 15 (FIG.5)
Gently fit the stanchion (28) into the slider (6). Pilot
bushing (7), cup (8) and oil seal (9) should rest against
the slider.
Fit suitable drift on the stanchion tube (28) and push
pilot bushing (7), cup (8) and oil seal into their seat (9).
STEP 16
Fit the stop ring (10). Make sure it is perfectly seated into
the slider groove. Also, make sure not to scratch the
stanchion.
Fit the dust seal. (11).
STEP 17
Fill with oil and reassemble all removed parts as de-
scribed in the paragraph 6.3, from STEP 5 to STEP 8.
