In situations where the external wall is nearby, it is usually preferable to expel the
exhaust vapours directly outoor via a ducting system keeping the kitchen cool
and comfortable.
If external ducting is not practicable, Candy hoods can alternatively recirculate the air,
as they are adapted to operate either way and able to cope with even the highest
levels of smoke, steam and heat, thanks to their active charcoal filters.

No return flaps prevents cold air and grease vapours from sinking back down through
the extractor.
Perfect lighting in the cooking area is provided by halogen spotlights fitted
in the Decor models.
